Joe Cocker A Whiter Shade of Pale

Joe Cocker A Whiter Shade Of Pale at the Loreley Amphitheatre (St. Goarshausen, Germany) Aug 20, 1983
BJ Wilson on drums is instantly recognisable to those that know his unique inimitable style. Concert is up on Wolfgangs Vault. http://www.wolfgangsvault.com/joe-cocker/video/a-whiter-shade-of-pale_1005646.html

A B.J. Wilson blog. Magnificent. Along with Paul Thompson of Roxy Music and the great Leroy "Horsemouth" Wallace, one of my three favorite drummers. Thanks so much. Curtis

Thanx Curtis. I'm always heartened to hear recognition of Procol Harums unique percussionist. I think you're right about the 2 percussionists. Loved first incarnation of Roxy Music. Leroy H. Wallace is legendary. I read your blog when I can :) Birdi

I didn't realize that BJ had come to America. I wonder if he liked living in Oregon?
